Q: How do I log in to upload my files?
Log in to your hosting account using FTP software or using the Web-based file manager, accessible from your Web admin.
Most FTP software will require you to log in using your website's domain name without the http://www, www. or ftp://. Use the same username and password you use to access your Web admin page (as provided in your welcome email from us).
Q: Where do I upload my files to?
After logging in to your hosting account with FTP software or the Web-based file manager (using the login details provided in your welcome email), upload your files to the /www (/public_html) directory.
Q: Where can I get FTP software?
DigitalAccess FTP, from Multimedia Australia, is included free with all Web hosting plans. You can find download and registration instructions in the email you recieved after placing your order.
You can also find FTP software on download sites such as SwiftDownloads.com and the SoftwareSizzle.com software search engine.
