Q: What are the SMTP and POP3 settings for my email client (software)?
Configure the email client on your computer to receive and send email using the following settings (in the settings below replace yourdomainname.com with your site's own domain name):
POP3 Server: mail.yourdomainname.com
SMTP Server: mail.yourdomainname.com
Your email username is your full email address.
You will need to set up your username and password (authentication) for both incoming (POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) mail. If your email client does not connect to send email, please check that the SMTP login details have been correctly set.
Q: How do I access Webmail?
Type the name of your site into your Web browser's address bar followed by /webmail. Enter your email and password when prompted.
