Use the URL located in the welcome email you recieved when you ordered your Website hosting.
By default, this will usually be your website's domain name followed by /cpanel. Please note that you may need to use the alternative URL provided in your welcome email if you only just ordered Web hosting and your domain name has not yet completed delegated nameservers to your new hosting account.
Q: Where can I check my disk/bandwidth usage?
Log into your admin area, then check the disk and bandwidth usage statistics on the bar on the left under the heading General account information.
Q: How can I download Web logs?
After logging into your admin area, click the Raw Access Logs link.
Q: Where can I view visitor statistics?
After logging into your admin area, click the Web/FTP Stats link. Choose from the various statistics options available using the links given.
Q: How can I "park" or add additional domain names to my site?
After logging into your admin area, click the Parked Domains or Addon Domains link (as applicable), then follow the prompts. You will need to update the nameserver information for each parked domain name using the information provided in your welcome email. The namesever information for parked/addon domain names will be the same as for your main site's domain name.
Q: Is my hosting plan dedicated or shared?
Hosting Reliance hosting plans use the most popular type of Web hosting, which is called shared hosting. If you would like a dedicated hosting plan, please contact customer service for information.
Q: How do I recover my password?
If you've lost the password for accessing the admin area of your website or to manage your domain name, please contact us so that we can re-send it to you.
